Establishing a national branch

National arbitration practitioners and bar associations as well as individual law firms and arbitration practitioners can apply for approval from EACh Council to establish an EACh national branch.

 The EACh Council considers the following criteria before giving its approval:

•  Members of the proposed national branch must represent the vanguard of the legal profession in their country;

• The national branch must be able to participate regularly and effectively in work of the EACh.
