International Council for Commercial Arbitration will launch its new Guide to the interpretation of the New York Convention in May 2011 to coincide with ICCA's 50th Anniversary celebrations in Geneva. The Guide is part of a programme to assist uniform interpretation and application of the New York Convention worldwide, and takes the form of a practical guide to be used by judges.
ICCA Honorary President, Professor Pieter Sanders, will act as General Editor of the Guide, which has been penned by a group of experts.
