Gennadiy Pampukha took part in the CIS-Arab Investment Summit that was held in Premier Palace Hotel, Kiev, Ukraine on November 27-28, 2010.
The event was devoted to the investment development of Ukraine and Near East. In the Summit 400 companies' representatives of all sectors of economy from 32 countries, interested in investment cooperation with Ukraine, were present.

On November 27 in the Section "Profit maximization and investment risk minimization after the global economic down turn for the CIS countries in general and for Ukraine in particular" Bogdan Nyshchii, Head of law department of the EACh Representative office in Ukraine, made a report "Legal aspects of foreign investors' rights protection in Ukraine".
On November 28 in the Section "Mobilization of capital and investment relations: investment returns risk for investors" Gennadiy Pampukha made a presentation "International arbitration as foreign investments protection device".
