The President of the European Arbitration Chamber Gennady Pampukha took part in IV International Conference on Insurance Law, which was held on May 31st  with the support of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine. The aim of the conference was discussion the conceptual aspects of the new legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of insurance, insurance issues in the construction industry, agricultural sector, combined transportation. Conference participants also discussed the legal issues in reinsurance, tax, pre-trial resolution of conflicts.
Gennady Pampukha in his report focused on the issue of conflict of the construction business with insurers, and shared his vision of the mechanisms for their solving.
