We kindly invite you to take part in the international scientific-practical conference on  commercial arbitration, to be held under the auspices of the official representation of the European Arbitration Chamber in Georgia with the assistance of Georgian Business Association.
The event will take place on April 1st, 2013 in Tbilisi (Georgia).
Participation for members of the EAC is free.
During the conference Annual General Meeting of the members of the European Arbitration Chamber  will take place.
Agenda of the meeting:
∙ A report on the activities of the EAC for the year 2012.
∙ Summarizing of II National Competition on International Arbitration "EAC Moot Court in 2013."
∙ Approval of the long-term plan of development of EAC for 2013.
∙ Re-election of the President of the EAC.
∙ Re-election of the President and the Executive Secretary of the ICAC under the EAC.
∙ Amendments to the Charter of the EAC the rules of the ICAC at the EAP, the Schedule and expenditures ICAC under the EAC.
∙ Accreditation of arbitrators of ICAC under the EAC.
∙ Approval of the Regulations on the International Centre for Forensic  Expertise under the EAC.
