The procedure for determination of the cost of expert works and other services provided ICJE, as well as the procedure for payment, is determined by the internal documents of the European Arbitration Chamber.

If exert examination is conducted the  request (application), final amount of costs and payments is fixed in the contract or in the notification on conducting of expert examination.
