MAIN FOCUS

PURPOSES OF THE CONFERENCE are intensification of dialogue between lawyers in the sphere of the ADR system, discussion of procedural features of appointment and conducting of expert examination and application of expert evidence in arbitration process, development of mechanism of unification and optimization of appointment of expert examination as a new ADR instrument, creation of a platform for communication, exchange of experiences and networking.

The conference primarily aims at development of professional capacity of the participants and expanding of range of their professional legal services. We have prepared four sections devoted to judicial and pre-trial expert examination, mediation, arbitration and consulting.
