Anastasiia is a practicing attorney qualified in Ukraine. She is currently working for a major international law firm (Zurich office), advising clients on complex cross-border litigation matters. As a dispute resolution practitioner, Anastasiia worked for a major Ukrainian group of steel and mining companies where she assisted clients in various disputes related to commercial matters, corporate issues, environmental use and government relations. She also worked in law firms in Kyiv where she represented clients in arbitration and litigation disputes including areas of bankruptcy and debt restructuring, financial services, takeover and shareholder matters, as well as environmental protection.
