ACTUAL TOPIC! We decided to devote workshop to theme computer-technical expertise. Indeed, in connection with the recent cyber attacks, the protection of electronic data and counteraction to interference in automated systems are extremely relevant not only in Ukraine, but all over the world. In addition, more and more often in the judicial process, electronic (digital) evidence is taken into account, which can be fixed precisely by computer expertise.
THE TARGET AUDIENCE. The seminar is for lawyers who are trying to develop and get new knowledge in their specialty.
ONLY PRACTICAL CASES At the seminar, we will disclose the practical issues of using computer-technical expertise as evidence in judicial proceedings, and also talk about the mechanism for carrying out the examination and preparing a package of necessary documents and digital data for the expert.
EXPERT AS A LECTOR. The lecturer of the seminar will be the expert on computer-technical expertise.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. All interested persons can ask questions during the lecture and get a qualified answer.
