We have an honor to invite you to participate in a workshop to be held on February 23th in infirm-agency “Liga Business Inform”. Organizer -  European Arbitration Chamber.

The topic for  discussion: "Possibilities of expert psychological and economic research in lawsuits to invalidate loan agreements".

Interactive format of the seminar will provide an opportunity to participate in discussion and share their thoughts and experience.

Lecturers are judicial experts on economic and psychological expertise with many years of experience in this area.

Workshop includes  two training modules:

Module I. Application of economic expertise in credit disputes.

The proof of the circumstances that lead to the invalidity of the loan and mortgage contracts, using the findings of the economic expert research.

 Violation of legislation on consumer protection in financial services.

Module II. Applying psychological examination at invalidated deals

The definition of personal significance to the individual circumstances in which the agreement

Understanding a person the actual content of their own actions and their consequences

Can person was fully predict the consequences of his actions?
