On February 11, 2009 Gennadiy Pampukha visited the intergovernmental organization - Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague (the Netherlands). He had a meeting with Christiaan M.J. Kröner, Secretary-General of the PCA. As a result of the meeting, the arrangements on the further cooperation between arbitration institutions have been reached.
The Permanent Court of Arbitration was established by the Convention for the Pacific Settlement of International Disputes, concluded at The Hague in 1899 during the first Hague Peace Conference. The PCA is the intergovernmental organization, which provides different services for the international community in dispute resolution. Also, it is one of the most authoritative intergovernmental organization in this field.
