The lawyers of the law firm "Vasil Kisil & Partners" succeeded to protect interests of the international investment company in the ICAC under the Ukrainian Chamber of commerce and industry.
On April 7, 2010 the International commercial arbitration court under the Ukrainian Chamber of commerce and industry made an award in favor of the international investment company, the interests of which were represented by the international arbitration lawyers of the law firm "Vasil Kisil & Partners" under the guidance of the senior lawyer Elena Perepelinskaya.
In the practice of the ICAC under the Ukrainian CCI it was the first case of the performance of the consultancy contract concerning the recapitalization of the Ukrainian bank attracting the state in the quality of the investor. With the award the arbitration court recognized proper performance of the contract by the plaintiff and satisfied plaintiff's claim by 92,5% of amount of the claim, compelling the defendant to pay down all the debt to the plaintiff and to recover the arbitration expenses of the plaintiff, including the expenses of representation of its interests in the ICAC.
