The School of European law and arbitration with the support of the general partner INA "European arbitration chamber" (Belgium, Brussels) started acting in the direction of opening the School of Advocatory Mastery and Notariat.
In this connection on October 1, 2010 with the support of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and law firm Magisters in the Small hall of Collegium of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine there was held the master-class of Mr. Alexey Reznikov, member of the SELA Supervisory Board, honored lawyer of Ukraine, partner and head of litigation on the topic "Psychological means in the legal practice. Practical aspects".
Within the framework of the work of the School there was also held the master-class of Mr. Dmitriy Seletski, managing partner and lawyer of the law firm Choate & Seletskі (New York, USA) on the topic "Trusts as the means of preservation, augmentation of property and relief from creditors. Using of trusts in the process of estate planning. Experience and practice of the USA".
