In his article, Gennady Pampukha wrote that today integration Ukraine in Europe is increasingly important

not only in economical but in the legal aspect as well. In the developed western countries, institution

of arbitration is widely used for more than a hundred years already without causing any doubt

about the benefits of its activity.

A specialized arbitration court «Insurance» under Ukrainian Arbitral League, was founded and operates

to ensure competent, quick and efficient dispute resolution or reconciliation in insurance

and financial spheres of activity.

From February, 2011 ICAC under EACh is also dealing with the arbitration proceedings of insurance and financial disputes.
