Delegation of the European Arbitration Chamber participated in the international scientific conference "Legal aspects of arbitration and mediation, international practice", which was held on October 10th in Tashkent.
The event, organized by the EAC's partner - Association of Arbitration Courts of Uzbekistan, was attended by more than 100 experts in the field of arbitration and mediation, international organizations, arbitration institutions from Belgium, Ukraine, Russia, Italy, Romania, India, Latvia . Participants of the conference exchanged their views on the prospects of the system of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and the use of international experience in commercial disputes in Uzbekistan.

The President of the EAC Gennady Pampukha in his report focused on the implementation of European and International Private Law to the national legislation of Uzbekistan.
On the conference the issues of further cooperation between the European Arbitration Chamber and its colleagues from Uzbekistan in the field of international commercial arbitration were discussed.
