Good news came from Italy - the Board of Directors of the European Arbitration Chamber decided to open an official representative office of EAC in Milan, Italy. It is the fourth EAC’s representative in the world.
The head of is Andrea Moja, an Italian lawyer, professor of European Law at the University of Brescia.
One of the main objectives of the EAC’s representative office is organizational and coordination activities aimed to promote settlement of commercial disputes in International Commercial Arbitration Court under the EAC.
The establishment of the Italian branch of the EAC is evidence of its growing prestige in the field of international arbitration in Europe and the world.
