Patrick Laycock has been appointed as the new head of the International Center for Judicial and ADR Expertise under the European Arbitration Chamber. The decision was made by the General Meeting of the European Arbitration Chamber. Patrick Laycock is an expert, art historian, and scientific adviser of the Brussels Art Laboratory.
Mr. Laycock is agreed by the Chambre Belge des Experts Chargés de Missions Judiciaires et d’Arbitrage, by the Chambre d’Arbitrage et de Médiation d’Experts Techniques et Juridiques, by the European Arbitration Chamber and by the Court of First Instance of Brussels. As a scientist, he is a life member of the Siam Society under Royal Patronage (Bangkok) and President of the Institut Belge des Hautes Etudes Chinoises (Musées Royaux d’Art et d’Histoire du Cinquantenaire). The Brussels Art Laboratory is included in the EU-TWIX Directory of European laboratories.
