President of the European Arbitration Chamber Hennadii Pampukha spoke on 13th International Conference "Construction and real estate: examination and  appraisal". His report was devoted to the establishment in Europe of a unique international register of judicial and ADR experts from European and other countries. In his report Hennadii Pampukha focused  attention on the need of optimization and unification of methodology of judicial and ADR expertise in arbitration proceedings in the EU. In the framework of the conference also was  hosted a presentation of the International judicial and ADR  Expertise under the EAC.
During the conference the member of the EAC and the head of the International judicial and ADR  Expertise under the EAC Sergey Zakharov devoted his report to the expertise as an important tool in the systems of alternative dispute resolution in the implementation of large construction projects.
The conference was attended by experts in the field of construction, heads of expert organizations, judges and international arbitrators and mediators, experts in the field of alternative dispute resolution in construction, advocates and lawyers from Germany, France, Italy, Bulgaria, Poland, Ukraine, Montenegro, Slovakia, Russia. During the conference business meetings and negotiations were held in order to promote international cooperation in the field of arbitration, mediation and judicial expertise.
The event was held on November 26-27 in Prague and supported by INA "European Arbitration Chamber."
