Hennadii Pampukha spoke at the AAU Forum

EAC's President Hennadii Pampukha spoke at the Forum of the Association of Advocates of Ukraine "Taurian Zori", which was held on August 18th in Kherson (Ukraine). The topic of the report is "Peculiarities of the practice of lawyers in the international arbitration process, new information for the regions".

In particular, Hennadii Pampukha spoke about the types of arbitration agreement, pathological arbitration clauses and advantages of considering of disputes in commercial arbitration.
