European Arbitration Chamber is one of the initiators and co-founders of the International Fund for Support of Ukraine, which was recently established in Warsaw. Its main goal is to build long-term relations between Poland and Ukraine and expand the dialogue between the citizens of Poland and Ukraine, and other foreign partners.
A key objective of the Fund at this moment is protection and legal support for migrant workers in the EU, as well as combating illegal migration.
The presentation of the Fund took place in the framework of the international conference "Innovation Laboratorium in the field of international cooperation", which was held on November 14th 2016 in Warsaw.
President of the European Arbitration Chamber Hennadii Pampukha was a speaker of the section "Poland - Ukraine. The optimal model of cooperation". His report was devoted to the theme of protection of international business through arbitration and other instruments of ADR system.
