The international arbitrator and judicial expert Hennadii Pampukha, President of the European Arbitration Chamber, chairman of the Committee on International Arbitration of the NGO "Association of Advocates of Ukraine" will act as a speaker at the IV Regional Forum of the AAU "Taurian Stars" (Kherson, Ukraine). His report will be devoted to the topic of the peculiarities of the practice of lawyers in the international arbitration process.

Hennadii Pampukha will talk about the importance of including of arbitration clauses into international commercial contracts, as well as the procedure for applying to international commercial arbitration.
