How does the protection of international business start? Guided by the ancient proverb "If you want peace - prepare for war," even when concluding a contract, the parties should think carefully about resolution of possible future disputes. This was pointed out by the President of the European Arbitration Chamber Hennadii Pampukha, speaking at the business brunch, organized by the magazine "Public People".
He also noted the importance of making an arbitration clause in the contract and shared knowledge on how properly choose an arbitration institution for settlement of disputes depending on the costs, timing, procedural nuances and the specifics of the contracts.
