The presentation of the IV International Competition on Commercial Arbitration, which holds the European Arbitration Chamber, will take place in Kyiv on December 15th 2016.

A mission of this educational project is to increase the level of qualification and professionalism of participants in the legal services market, and promote the development of students’ practical skills in the field of international commercial law, arbitration, mediation, economics, international relations, and so on.The contest is based on the model in consideration of international arbitration (The Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the European Arbitration Chamber) and is in English.

The competition will take place in two phases, which include remote participation (drafting memoranda) and face-to-face debate (team debate). The competition will be held from December 2016 to March 2017.

Presentation of the competition, delivery of tasks, and the drawing procedure will take place on December 15, 2016 in Kyiv.
