Cost Calculator

The arbitration fee is payable by the parties for each claim submitted to the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber to cover the costs of arbitration. The fee amount is calculated in accordance with the Provisions on Arbitration Costs of the ICAC under the EAC.

The registration fee is a fixed payment made by the claimant when submitting the Request for Arbitration. The current amount is:

• EUR 1,000.00 (excluding VAT)
• EUR 1,210.00 (including 21% VAT, if applicable)

To determine the arbitration fee, the amount in dispute (if not expressed in EUR) must be converted into euros using the exchange rate of the National Bank of Belgium on the date the Request for Arbitration is filed.
