ICE: EXPERT EXAMINATION

The International Center of Expertise under the European Arbitration Chamber (the ICE under the EAC) operates as a separate department within the European Arbitration Chamber and carries out its activities in accordance with the Statute of the European Arbitration Chamber.

The ICE conducts expert examinations:

• upon the request of international arbitration courts (without jurisdictional limitations).
• Upon the request of state courts for legal proceedings.
• Upon the request of lawyers, legal entities, and individuals seeking professional assessments.
