VII All-Ukrainian Forum on Public Law

The European Arbitration Chamber, as an Expert Partner, supported the VII All-Ukrainian Forum on Public Law, which was organized by the Bar Association of Ukraine.

President of the EAC Hennadii Pampukha solemnly opened the forum with a welcoming speech and wishing the participants fruitful work and impressions of the event.

He devoted his report to the urgent issues of appointing a forensic examination in the framework of arbitration proceedings. In his report, he also spoke about peculiarities of including a so-called expert (hybrid) clause to the international commercial contracts, which allows to solve disputable issues even at the stage of pre-arbitration dispute resolution.
