The delegation of the European Arbitration Chamber visited Istanbul

The delegation of the European Arbitration Chamber at a special invitation of Mr. Yusuf Kuleč visited Istanbul during the official visit to Turkey. The purpose of the visit is establishment of international cooperation in the field of commercial arbitration, educational projects for lawyers, as well as promotion the system of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) of commercial disputes in Turkey.

In the framework of the visit the European Arbitration Chamber held seminar for Turkish lawyers. The EAC President Hennadii Pampukha presented lecture, which was devoted to the main activities of the EAC and its division - International Commercial Arbitration Court. The participants of the seminar discussed the procedure of settlement of commercial disputes in accordance with the Belgian procedural law and the Rules of the ICAC under the EAC. The seminar was held with the support of Mr. Yusuf Kuleč and Yildiz Law Office. The President of the EAC solemnly member’s certificates to the participants of the seminar, who have formalized membership in the EAC.
